1. Greetings...

... and Happy New Year everybody! What a fast changing world we live in! I'm amazed to be alive in 2007, and I'm looking forward to a creative, challenging and (I suspect) life changing year.

2. News

Music News!

a. --Two of my songs appear on albums released late in 2006 and currently getting strong exposure:

i. Lisa Palleschi's "Released" -- her very fine pop debut -- features "True" (written with Lisa and Jeff Franzel). I'm proud to be on this one. Check out www.lisapalleschi.com and www.myspace.com/lisapalleschi

ii. Contemporary Christian superstar Kathy Troccoli's "The Story of Love" features "Talk to Jesus" (written with Kathy and Jeff Franzel). Billboard calls the song a "highlight" of the album, and says, "This CD should serve as a reminder that she can sing anything and make it a moment to remember." See www.kathytrocolli.com

b. --For goodness sake check out www.myspace.com/vipire1 Amazing fan site... updated and not to be missed! Thanks to Bob for many years of enthusiastic support.

Book News!

a. --All books ordered from my web site are signed copies!

b. --I'm very much enjoying mixing book readings (at libraries, festivals and book stores) with concert performances. 3. Drawing board

a. --I'm recording 'The Sweetest & the Meanest' and I plan to have the audio book CD available for sale and download by late Spring.

b. --A complete website overhaul is being planned. More news to come...

c. --Two new album projects are being planned, and I hope to get both of them recorded in 2007.

4. Recommended

a. --Of the transformational work I've participated in over the years, the most effective has been "Yoga for the Emotional Body," an excellent program based in Nashville & Austin. For more info (including contact info) visit www.yogafortheemotionalbody.com I highly recommend it.

b. --Swedish singer/writer Josefina Sanner's self-titled debut album is a bonafide gem from top to bottom: terrific melodies, wonderful performances, great production! I'm hoping Josefina will be touring the states soon. The CD is an Import at present, but you can hear samples and download it at www.josefinasanner.com
